• Levocetirizine 2.5 mg. + Montelukast 4 mg. Tablets

• Allergic reactions
• Hypersensitivity
• Breastfeeding
• Pregnancy
• Lactation
• Severe renal impairment at less than 10 ml/min creatinine clearance
• Patients undergoing hemodialysis
• Children of age 6 months to 11 years with impaired renal function
• Rare hereditary problems of glucose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsoprtion

• Difficulty in passing urine
• Feeling sick
• Tiredness
• Nose bleeds
• Abdominal pain

• LM-4 Dispersible tablets
• Children (2-5 years):1 tablet once daily

• Children (2-5 years): 5 ml daily.
